The heart of every event
Food and drinks are at the heart of everything we do. We cook from a Mediterranean base with fresh, seasonal ingredients, adding the Asian influences that are part of our background.
Our kitchen
Our founder Wieneke spent nearly two decades in the South of France, where she developed her love for Mediterranean cooking. Our chef is from the north of Italy and has an instinct for balance and quality. Together they create menus that are refined and vibrant, from a multi-course dinner to dishes made for sharing.
The drinks
A perfectly chilled glass of champagne for the toast, wines that complement the dinner, a limoncello afterwards or ice-cold beers at the party. Just as important: alcohol-free cocktails and drinks made with the same care, so everyone joins in fully.
