This is template text provided as an example and still needs to be reviewed and approved by the client and/or a legal advisor before it is finalised and published.
Which data we collect
When you fill in our contact form or email us directly, we process the data you provide yourself. This includes: name, email address, phone number, company name and the details of your enquiry (such as date, type of event, venue, number of guests and your message).
Our contact form composes an email that is sent from your own email application to info@aculinaryaffair.nl. We do not automatically store this data in an external database via the form.
Why we use this data
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a fitting proposal or quotation, and communicate about a possible event.
The basis for this processing is your request for contact and, where applicable, the performance of an agreement.
Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as we are legally required to (for example under tax retention obligations).
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share data with partners when this is necessary to deliver your event (for example a rental or styling partner) or when we are legally obliged to do so.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You may also object to the processing and you have the right to data portability.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@aculinaryaffair.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
