Quotations and offers

All quotations are without obligation and valid for the period stated on the quotation, unless indicated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

An agreement is formed the moment you confirm a quotation or proposal in writing (including by email).

Changes

In the run-up to the event there is room for adjustments. Changes to numbers, menu or programme may lead to an adjustment of the price. We always confirm changes in writing.

Payment

Invoices must be paid within the period stated on the invoice. We may request a deposit to confirm the booking.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Depending on the moment of cancellation and the costs already incurred, cancellation charges may apply.

Liability

A Culinary Affair carries out the assignment to the best of its knowledge and ability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our insurer in the relevant case, or to the invoice amount of the assignment.

Please share allergies and dietary requirements in good time; we will do our best to accommodate them but cannot fully rule out cross-contamination.

Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.
